Project Goal:
Eliminate all form for discrimination against women and cast based discrimination.
Main objective:
The main objective of this project is to empower the dalit and women community for sustainable development and dignified lives.

Dalit and women rights
Board heading:
Organizing and mobilizing Rights holder, Capacity building, Addressing immediate Needs, Advocacy and Campaigns, research, Child focus program, Livelihood.
Organizing and Mobilizing:
Under this broad heading Mahila Adhikar manch in each VDC and district level formed and mobilized in the close coordination of NYSC, Bara. VDC level Dalit network and district level dalit network is smoothly advocating for the dalit rights.
Capacity building:
Under this broad heading different kinds of training was conducted for build the capacity of staff members and rights holders. Reflect center conduction, women rights, child rights, dalit rights and right based approach training etc.
Addressing Immediate NEEDS:
Under this broad heading, Rs. 25000 emergencies fund raised for handle emergency accidental and 5 hand pump were installed in dalit community for fresh and clean water.
Advocacy and campaigns:
Coordinating with local level stakeholders and line agencies national and international days were celebrated.
Child focused: Under this activity 1100 dalit children were supported bag and stationary and regularly follow up the school enrolled to stop the rate of drop out.
Livelihood Activity:
Goat farming and institutional development training were conducted for skill transformation. This training developed the skill of the rights holder for earning capacity to contribute in life expectancy.
Local Network:
40 children groups, 5 women groups of dalit and non-dalit are practicing micro saving activities.
5 Dalit network and 5 women network in VDC level initiating against gender discrimination, cast based discrimination and traditional believe of community in local level for human rights, social justice and inclusion for life dignity.
