Strategic Objectives

NYSC has set the following strategic objectives in order to achieve its goal.

  1. Organize our poor and excluded people in solidarity groups (user committee, network, community organization, groups, alliance) to claim their rights (Engagement).
  2. Enhance the capacity of the target groups for their own development through various capacity building interventions (Enabling & Empowerment).
  3. Emphasis and mobilize for self-dependency and link to other agencies (Income Generation)
  4. Engage to influence the government and other key national agencies in the formulation of pro poor policies and their effective implementation (Mass Concentization).
  5. Develop national level linkages to improve governance for long term stable (Pro Poor Policy & Governance).
  6. To contribute for peace building and conflict management and human rights education transformation (Conflict Management).
  7. To address the immediate needs of poor and excluded people to fulfill their rights and their physical services (Physical Service)
