Democratic representation of rights holder in different local level structure:
40% inclusive representation of poor, Dali, Indigenous people will be in IPC,SMC,PTA, WCF, E&M, HMC/AMC and user committee, Organized social dialogue in local level for democratic representation in local level and Raised awareness level of rights for their rights and unite for identify local issues critical engagement for campaign
Accountable Local Government:
Proposal of rights holder will be accepted by different agencies, Enhanced access of rights holders on services resources and means for quality service utilization, Service providers practice citizen charter, social audit, right to information effective through using community score card, VDC prepared periodic plan and implement the plan to address officially the local level planning and District level agencies (DEO, DADO& HP) address the issues of rights holder and published minimum criteria of services to target community
Strengthening CSOs capacity:
PDI Partner NYSC Bara adopted democratic practices in General assembly, implement statue, governance policy, inclusive staff and executive members, Prepared transparency and accountable code of conduct, guide line, LTSP etc, Rights holders will used as resource person for just & democratic governance, and Civic society organization under PDI take democracy initiation in leadership, inclusive participation, Participatory decision making process, social audit, code of conduct etc.
Policy and governance at all level:
Under bullet heading NYSC, work for policy mapping, Policy Discourse, policy advocacy, policy reform and policy development works for policy and governance at all level. NYSC policy team and consultant involves to study the government policy, non government offices commitments in the purpose of assist government and related stakeholders at local and national level.
